How you will add value:
This is a newly created role for hipages post our successful IPO in November, the objective of the role is assisting the CEO to ensure hipages executes on our strategic plan via both effective strategy mobilisation practices and growing the business organically (investing in accelerated growth opportunities) and inorganically via M&A and JV opportunities that align with our long term strategy to deliver superior shareholder outcomes.
Specifically your mandate includes:

As a collaborative and adaptable leader you will establish strategic priorities in a constantly changing environment. Promoting and nurturing positive working relationships across all areas of the organisation, your agile and adaptable approach has you living and breathing our values.
As a Strategy and M&A professional, ideally from an investment bank, or from a corporate/strategy environment, your experience includes
