We are currently looking for a Replenishment Analyst to join our Head Office in Bentleigh East. In this newly created role, you’ll play an essential part in replenishing and allocating core merchandise and optimise availability and inventory holdings of the Distribution Center.

You will be responsible for undertaking regular and proactive analyses of merchandise performance in order to maximise your categories financial outcomes. Provide reports addressing methods of improving product flow, supplier performance and reduce costs through supply chain.

What you’ll be doing

What does a normal day in the life of a Replenishment Analyst at Catch look like?

Now is a really exciting time to be part of the Catch team. No two days are alike, and we are embarking on remarkable growth. You could expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

  • Produce, analyse and communicate supplier fulfillment forecasts
  • Provide recommendations and implementation action plans in order to maximise the categories financial outcomes and in-stock performance
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
  • Optimise local and overseas deliveries by reviewing and refreshing supplier reviews
  • Actively work to reduce and eliminate aged inventory
  • Review and approve fulfillment orders
  • Track and flag orders that have missed key milestones (not fully dispatched, late to DC, etc)
  • Follow inventory critical path timelines to ensure stock arrives and meets demands
  • Monitor stock batch and expiry dates avoiding loss of stock due to out of date range
  • Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations and stock levels

Requirements

  • Understanding of inventory management within a retail environment
  • Ability to understand the characteristics of product and how to maximise sales through timely and effective allocations and inventory management
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of demand and fulfillment and inventory systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactively taking ownership of your portfolio
  • Problem solving and resolution skills
