We are looking for a “Marketing, Communications and Public Relations” superstar who is enthusiastic about technology, financial services & payments and wants to create, implement and manage our marketing and communications strategy.

Split Payments in an award winning Fintech, that has recently received the 1st Place at the AFR’s Australia’s most innovative Tech Company

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and deliver Split Payments’ Marketing & PR Strategy across our brand and product

● Create & manage innovative content, media releases, executive communications, adverts and all related marketing material (digital & print)

● Create and implement our social media strategy

● Present to key stakeholders in the business your insights and recommendations based on data analysis

● Handle all email marketing for the brand

● Manage and report on budget

● Oversee external agencies & contractors

● Ensure the company’s mission is communicated through all public and digital campaigns

Essential Skills

● 5+ years in a similar role in Marketing, Brand Management, PR

● Previous experience in payments/financial services

● Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

● Proficiency with digital advertising and marketing techniques

● Creative ability and approach to developing content

● Proficiency in a range of digital marketing software tools e.g Mailchimp, LinkTree, Canva

● Solid understanding of SEO/SEM

Desirable Skills

● Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar

● Previous experience in re-branding & brand management (ideally in a startup environment)

● A passion for FinTech and a desire to make a difference in Payments

● Strong knowledge in the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office products incl Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

● Experience in working on Wordpress sites
