Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to be the right hand to the CEO and senior leadership team. This is an exciting role for someone who is seeking an opportunity to work with a fast-growing start-up and help shape the strategy for Frankie’s global growth targets. This role is equal parts strategy as well as execution. Working in a small start-up team provides a unique opportunity to be able to learn very fast from those around you and help build a team from the ground up.
5+ years of experience, preferably in high growth, strategic business environment. Preferably professional services, commercial or legal services background.
Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
Strengths in leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve success
A proactive approach to identifying projects worth investing in
Experience in delivering strategic initiatives across multiple clients
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working across all aspects of the development lifecycle
Experience working in financial services and a high growth environment is ideal
A passion for solving complex problems and guiding teams to successfully deliver beyond expectations

This can be broken into three parts
Working with the CEO
Executing strategic goals - short and long term and
Working with direct reports to track metrics and identify trends
Internal Projects (special projects outside of standard
Personal CEO Projects (deal placers, acquisitions,
Personal Brand and PR (talks, conferences, podcasts
Preparation and coordination of briefing material
Capturing meeting notes and disseminating information
Providing actionable insights
Working with the Senior Leadership Team
Feilding Leadership queries
Preparing agendas, running off-sites and Leadership meetings
Driving enhanced organisation capability and improvement
Communication between CEO and wider Leadership - project
updates, fireside chats
Working with teams to update and track OKRs
Managing the Strategy, Legal, Company Secretarial and Shareholder Liaison
M&A - supporting with external advisors if required
Managing the employee option plan
Leading board resolutions
Attending board meetings and updating the minutes.
Shareholder/investor management (events, comms etc)
What success looks like
In your first month, we will give you the full induction so that you understand the company culture and meet all of your cross-functional partners. We will ensure that you have all the tools that you need to be successful. You will also spend quite a bit of this time working with Simon, the CEO so that you have a full understanding of FrankieOne’s mission and vision.
We will give you a full view of where the key problems are that we need to solve and ask you to build a roadmap and begin tackling the key challenges.
You will be reporting to Simon Costello, FrankieOne’s CEO. Simon initially started his career in investment banking though has since successfully founded 3 further startups across Europe (www.streetbees.com), Asia (www.hyphengroup.io) and Australia (bopple.com), collectively raising over $200m in the capital. Simon is a bit of a hippy at heart, rides his bicycle everywhere, lives in the North and his pride and joy is his vegetable patch and wormery.
