Summary of role:

Willow is looking for Summer Intern to work in a fast-moving, eclectic team from the 24th of January to the 24th of March. As the intern, you’ll be given great experience and opportunities to learn and grow across areas including marketing, events, and operations. The role is set for 3 days per week. 

The key aspect of the role is to drive the Co-ordination of Willow’s Summer Sailing Program. It’s a multi-faceted role, with time outdoors, dealing with many different aspects of marketing, and a great opportunity to lead in a small team. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage registration process - deploy invites, monitor registrations, deploy more invites
  • Guestlist management - send attendee list to Skipper, track attendees/no-shows, report into salesforce
  • Set briefing meetings – ensure hosts are briefed prior to arriving on-site, including full guest list and customer briefing packs
  • Deliver presentations to a small group and learn about the development of marketing collateral
  • Complete and collate customer briefing packs
  • Deploy Invitation via Pardot registration completed via system
  • Deploy invites if needed
  • Reminder email sent to registrants with important details e.g. footwear
  • Thank you for attending/Sorry we missed your email sent, follow up with hosts to send thank you
  • Qualifications:

  • Pursuing marketing, business, events, or similar style further education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Coordinate, manage and execute events.
