The Design Lead - Brand and Marketing is primarily accountable for the public image and perception of the Versent brand(s). This role is accountable for ensuring that the products and services produced by Marketing are aligned to the Company images and communications. The Design Lead - Brand and Marketing leads the branding campaigns, sponsorship procurement, advertising campaigns and is responsible for shaping the Company’s outward image.
This role analyses brand positioning and customer insights, shaping and communicating the Company vision and mission, translating brand elements into plans and go to market strategies and leading the creative development to motivate the target audience to ‘take action’.
