Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled web developer responsible for developing and managing ROLLER’s website and core products. The developer will play a vital role in the demand generation engine, creating and enhancing resources like webpages, microsites, landing pages, led magnets, emails, and automation sequences. The person in this role will be working collaboratively with other stakeholders across the business but will primarily work autonomously.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications. Ideally, you would also have some degree of experience with or at least a familiarity with HubSpot CMS.

This role is within our Demand Generation team and will report to our VP of Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of websites and landing pages, custom modules in HubSpot CMS
  • Implementing new HubSpot CMS features and functionality
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability of websites
  • Hubspot Development with Local tooling
  • Implementing Hubl, HubDB
  • Develop effective, responsive designs and build them into working themes and plugins
  • Setup and support multi-variate and A/B tests to support CRO initiatives
  • Integrate custom front-end forms with HubSpot forms and other APIs
  • Evaluating code to ensure it meets standards, is valid and properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems

About You

  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and commonly used JS plugins
  • Experience with tools for A/B and multivariate testing on websites; and experience with web analytics and tagging (including Google tag manager and analytics implementation)
  • Expertise in modular development of drag and drop templates for responsive websites, landing pages, blogs, and emails
  • Dedicated team player with a solid ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
  • Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
  • A high degree of independent judgment and ability to solve complex problems
