Due to our business expanding rapidly we are now seeking a Technical Support to join our dynamic and talented team working out of our Adelaide office.

We seek natural problem solvers who enjoy helping customers and guiding them in finding solutions. We expect you to have great communication skills and understand the value of delivering a top-level service and support to our clients.

Details

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • First point of contact for new and existing customers
  • Assist customers with configuration and information needed to ensure successful deployment of our products
  • Provide customers with information and troubleshooting necessary to achieve great customer satisfaction
  • Document customer feedback and provide information to engineering team for continuous product improvement
  • Help establish new, and improve on existing customer support processes
  • Update user manuals and troubleshooting guides when necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Brilliant verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the confidence to remain positive and calm under pressure
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Strong experience with MS Office
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence or similar platforms (advantage)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An IT related degree
  • and/or;
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience from a similar role requiring a good technical understanding
