We have a newly created opening for an Enterprise Account Manager with experience managing and building on key relationships with a growing cohort of Enterprise and mid-sized clients. In this role, you will be a Relationship Manager, an Advisor, a Salesperson and a client Advocate, providing the important link between our clients and our internal teams.

You will develop excellent product knowledge and have the confidence to educate our clients about the full LUX suite of products, as well as their benefits and value proposition within the client’s business and industry. You will be focused on delighting the client and in driving client satisfaction, retention, new product adoption and advocacy.

Requirements

Reporting directly to our Co-CEO and working closely with our Sales and Client Success teams, you will:

  • Build strong, mutually-beneficial relationships with our key, high-value clients to drive product revenue growth by understanding and responding to the client’s specific business needs and objectives
  • Work closely with our Head of Client Success to improve overall customer experience, satisfaction and retention; and to foster advocacy
  • Manage client contract renewal negotiations and be on the look-out for up and cross-sell opportunities

You’re perfect for this role if you have/are:

  • 5+ years experience in an Account Management role working with digital/SaaS clients
  • Naturally persuasive and comfortable influencing and negotiating with C-Suite and Senior decision makers
  • A proven track record of earning trust with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
  • Executive communication and presentation skills
  • A track record of learning new businesses and systems
  • Strong commercial acumen and a natural ability to craft and close direct client deals
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Current/full Aussie working rights

Beneficial:

  • Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Experience using Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
