Our People & Culture team leads the way in discovering and nurturing passionate engineers, designers, product managers, account executives, and more, who are eager to contribute to our enormous growth we are currently going through. We do this with a mixture of creativity, analytics and a sincere investment in every team member and/or candidate that Advanced Navigation meets.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a critical role in owning the Talent Acquisition function to support Advanced Navigation scale and grow our already incredible team.


  • Providing support to our hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment best practice and processes including writing adverts, head hunting, management of our recruitment platforms, screening of candidates, conducting interviews, reference checks.
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job ads, headhunting, employee & external referrals.
  • Managing the candidate experience including expectations throughout the recruitment process so they have a superior experience
  • Negotiating offers of employment, conducting background checks and ensuring a successful on-boarding experience for all successful candidates
  • Performing recruitment administrative tasks using our ATS - Lever
  • Skills:

  • Strong People & Culture Partner with demonstrated experience in end-end recruitment;
  • Excellent at partnering effectively with hiring managers, other recruiters, and candidates
  • Engineering recruitment experience Ideally within the field of electronics, firmware, and software 
  • A top communicator - you are a great writer, well spoken, and charismatic
  • Highly coach-able with a constant desire to learn and grow
  • Strong desire to ensure the candidate experience is flawless
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, driven to work quickly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in full cycle technical recruiting
  • Direct experience sourcing, screening, recruiting, and closing top-tier technical talent
  • Experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse, Workable) to manage candidate communications
  • Practical knowledge around LinkedIn Recruiter, InMail, and the standard suite of recruiting communication tools
  • Proven success in creative sourcing strategies and thinking outside the box to identify hard-to-find candidates
