We are looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to scale our Immutable X Engineering, Product and Data teams. Your focus will be on conducting full lifecycle technical recruitment, cultivating employer brand awareness and mentoring junior team members on technical recruitment initiatives.

Engage in full life-cycle recruiting and autonomously manage the full recruitment life cycle for our engineering divisionsBuild pipelines and funnel for future hiringActively focus on prioritising diversity hiringExcite candidates with the Immutable story, vision and culture as well as act as a brand ambassador in the external marketplacesConduct filtering and high-level screening of inbound applications across the various recruitment platforms and technologiesProvide an exceptional candidate experience through end-to-end guidance of individuals during the interview processPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies for each positionPromote and support the data-driven talent acquisition approach and strive for constant reporting and continuous improvementConduct market mapping of organisations with passive talent in line with business needsOwn and advise on technical recruitment processesBuild world-class engineering teamsParticipate in building our EVP, run events and bring your ideas to life
5-8+ years of technical recruitment experience across both/or agency and in-houseExperience recruiting across Software Development, specifically, node js, react, golang, C++ and typescriptA data-driven approach to recruiting Proven ability to learn new technologies Experience in a high-volume recruitment roleA candidate-centric approach to recruitingA strong focus on diversity and inclusionEstablished networks in the software engineering market
Some skills that would be awesome:
Experience using Lever (ATS)Experience working for a start-up in the SaaS space3+ years of in-house recruitment experience
