At Cadmus, we're committed to improving teaching and learning in Higher Education. We believe assessment provides a powerful learning opportunity, which is why we've spent the last five years building an online assessment platform that puts simplicity and learning at its core. We pour quality and care into everything we do; allowing us to develop a product our users love, and strong relationships with our community.

Today, Cadmus is used by universities across Australia to create and deliver incredible learning experiences to thousands of students. Join us on this learning journey, as we transform education across Australia and beyond!

Reporting to our COO, this is a fundamental role within our Commercial Team. You will be helping us achieve our strategic goals by managing the end-to-end setup and growth of our product within universities.

About the role

Cadmus’ projects, like our users, currently span Australia and soon the globe. We need our Project Lead to keep the big picture in focus. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management, setup and growth of our product. This will involve integrating our product with a university’s technologies and processes, helping to acquire new academics, and coordinating onboarding.

About you

We want to hear from true change agents; passionate about education and able to usher projects through the entire lifecycle. You’ll work cross-functionally with Support, Sales and Tech within Cadmus to ensure a unified customer onboarding experience. You’ll listen to and translate user needs into high-level specifications and develop recommended solutions to ensure smooth implementation. Naturally inquisitive, you’ll always be looking for better ways to work faster and more efficiently. It’s your job to keep all the players coordinated and on track with the project’s progress and deadlines.

As you manage our users and stakeholders throughout their Cadmus journey, throughout your day-to-day activities you will:

  • Plan projects from start to completion (e.g., deadlines, milestones, and processes).
  • Manage the new user acquisition process alongside the University’s Project Lead and Heads of Faculty/School.
  • Manage the security assessment and due diligence process with the University’s IT and Security Teams.
  • Coordinate the technical integration of our product into the LMS and other technologies with the University’s Technical and Integrations Teams.
  • Run sessions with University’s stakeholders to gather feedback, generate reports and learn about new opportunities for implementation.
  • Host product roadmapping sessions with University stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with our teams to deliver customer onboarding and provide product roadmaps and feature improvements related to the onboarding process

We’d love to hear form you if you:

  • Have previous experience leading change management projects in higher education
  • Know and love pedagogy; we’re talking all things teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Are proficient in using university learning and teaching tools
  • Have outstanding end-to-end project management skills
  • Have the ability to facilitate training, workshops, and virtual enablement delivery
  • Love stakeholder management and working with academics to drive change
  • Have superior communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Are experienced in coordinating teams and cross-functional people management
  • Can embrace autonomy and an unstructured environment as an opportunity to create unexpected value

  • Unlimited holiday and sick leave
  • Work where you want
  • Learning allowances
  • New Apple tech
  • Stock purchases
  • And heaps of fun social stuff!
