Our Security Community Manager will be the head chef and cheerleader for our security engagement activities. They will be responsible for convincing the rest of the Afterpay team that security is something to care about and empowering them to make good security choices.
Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer and working closely with subject matter experts across the security team, the Security Community Manager will create engaging content that is relevant to its target audience. They will find creative ways to measure our security engagement and to improve it over time, whilst using creative techniques to incentivize the right behaviors and to show their results through metrics.
Most importantly of all, our Security Community Manager will help us build a great team culture and have a laugh along the way.
