Our Marketing Team is responsible for developing strategically focused marketing activities and programs designed to support the sales process from prospecting to close and up-sell. These activities are customized to specific regions, reps, accounts, contacts, and opportunities. We are tightly aligned to the sales team and continually work collaboratively to get the word out about our incredible product line.

You will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in planning and executing activities that build pipeline and drive revenue. The role will focus on creating engaging and persuasive content for a highly technical audience. This role is critical in driving customer engagement and improving website ranking. You will be working closely with the marketing team and a technical content writer.

In this role you will:

  • Write SEO-friendly content for a range of marketing materials (blog posts, white papers, case studies, eDMs, social media posts, video scripts, PR, etc)
  • Liaise with clients and sponsored parties to collect media and testimonials.
  • Quickly gain a deep understanding of the technology and customer pain points.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product, sales and support teams to gather product and market information.
  • Be an integral part of the Marketing team and support initiatives across website, customer engagement, design and other areas.
  • Have an exceptional eye for detail, including proofreading every piece of content we release and have an appreciation for great design.
  • You should have:

  • Experience in B2B marketing with an ability to quickly understand technical products and applications and translate them to real customer value propositions
  • Demonstrated experience creating effective content that drives constant improvement across SEO, click through rates, open rates and conversion rates.
  • Experience in-house style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging.
  • You might also have:

  • A track record of turning high-level discussions into detailed, personal work plans
  • Experience and/or higher education in the high-tech space.
