What we are looking for
We are on the hunt for an experienced Brand Manager to join our fast-growing team. As the Brosa brand custodian you will ensure consistency in brand identity, internal communication and execution across all touch points. You will lead the development & execution of brand marketing strategies, with the primary focus to strengthen Brosa’s Brand DNA in the market and increase brand awareness.
You will have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building cult-like brands. You will oversee development and delivery of content creation, support on new store openings, and will be key in building and delivering customer & community focused initiatives.
This role is integrated across all departments of our business, so your positive and passionate energy will assist you in building effective relationships to deliver strategic projects.
What success looks like
In the first month, you will have developed a strong understanding of Brosa as a brand, our consumer and what role brand will play across all areas/departments of our business. You will have immersed yourself in the Brand DNA project and will begin forming tactics that will help accelerate the roll out of this project.
