What we are looking for

We are on the hunt for an experienced Brand Manager to join our fast-growing team. As the Brosa brand custodian you will ensure consistency in brand identity, internal communication and execution across all touch points. You will lead the development & execution of brand marketing strategies, with the primary focus to strengthen Brosa’s Brand DNA in the market and increase brand awareness.

You will have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building cult-like brands. You will oversee development and delivery of content creation, support on new store openings, and will be key in building and delivering customer & community focused initiatives.

This role is integrated across all departments of our business, so your positive and passionate energy will assist you in building effective relationships to deliver strategic projects.

Requirements

You have

  • 4+ years in a Brand Management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and with a commercial lens
  • A strong track record in building compelling brand plans and getting buy in from senior leaders.
  • Natural creative flair with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Natural enthusiasm for building exceptional cross department relationships.
  • Natural resourcefulness and ability to find what you need to get the job done.
  • Tech savviness and a knack for quickly learning new systems.
  • A natural curiosity and openness to new ways of thinking.

Bonus experience

  • E Commerce Brand Management.
  • Previous experience working with research agencies to draw insights to support strategic plans.

You will

  • Achieve KPIs, ensuring key objectives are met and commercial outcomes achieved.
  • Formulate and drive strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand messages in the market and increase brand awareness.
  • As Brand custodian you will champion brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure principles are consistently applied across the business
  • Lead and implement Brand DNA roadmap by defining detailed tactics for all touch points of the business.
  • Measure and report on Brand DNA roadmap progress.
  • Development and implementation of brand strategy across company wide touch points.
  • Develop brand marketing calendar and content strategy.
  • (strategic input into) Oversee development and delivery of content creation.
  • Lead company PR strategy to drive brand awareness.
  • Lead studio experiences to build customer community
  • Drive the brand and marketing agenda for new store openings
  • Work closely with external agency on quarterly brand tracking
  • generate growth in revenue

What success looks like

In the first month, you will have developed a strong understanding of Brosa as a brand, our consumer and what role brand will play across all areas/departments of our business. You will have immersed yourself in the Brand DNA project and will begin forming tactics that will help accelerate the roll out of this project.
