ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in MadeComfy's growth, helping property owners and real estate partners harness the potential of short-term rentals. You'll be the trusted expert, building relationships with clients, uncovering their needs, and securing new partnerships. Working closely with various teams, including Property Onboarding and Client Success, you'll ensure an exceptional experience for every customer from the start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build & Manage Pipeline: Proactively identify opportunities with property owners and real estate partners, developing and nurturing a healthy pipeline.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs through discovery calls, presenting tailored property appraisals via video.
  • Secure Partnerships: Confidently close deals by converting prospects into long-term, successful partnerships through phone and video presentations.
  • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with our Operations, Onboarding, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and exceed targets.
  • Customer Success Focus: Keep customer satisfaction at the core of your approach, consistently striving to exceed expectations and deliver excellence.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset: Build strong internal relationships and contribute to a collaborative sales environment where success is shared.
  • Performance Standards: Meet and exceed key sales KPIs, including new property deals, growth leads, and activity metrics.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven Sales Expertise: A strong track record in sales, ideally within a fast-paced start-up environment or high-growth company.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, consult, and build lasting relationships.
  • Organizational Mastery: Outstanding ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and stay on top of your pipeline.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills to foster trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Solver: A natural decision-maker with the ability to think creatively and solve problems with urgency.
  • Goal-Driven: Ambitious and results-oriented, with a competitive spirit and the determination to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in Property Management, Investment Properties, or Real Estate is a plus, but not required.
