Summary of Role:

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to lead the development of Willow’s product offering for our customers in the Design and Construction of new assets across multiple sectors including commercial real estate, rail, mining, and aviation. Your role will take a lead in understanding the experiences and requirements our customers need to drive value-based outcomes in their businesses, enabling them to join the dots in disparate systems and empower them with information for improved decision making. 

Role & responsibilities:

  • To be successful you will need to come with an innovative mindset, working in partnership with research and design to deeply understand the customers, jobs to be done, pain points, and opportunities where Willow can make an impact.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, SMEs and delivery to understand customer business use cases from a variety of viewpoints and define, prioritise and drive the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Run ideations with your designer and technical lead to create solutions that enable the development of Digital Twins during the design and construction of large commercial real estate or infrastructure (e.g. rail, mining, airport) assets.
  • Enable a streamlined user experience that enhances the speed and quality of Digital Twin creation for new and operational assets.
  • Own and deliver a roadmap that is aligned to the WillowTwin core capabilities in partnership with the broader product management team
  • Provide frequent communication to the product and company leadership on development progress, escalating any issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision.
  • Client-facing product representation and engagement
  • Producing clear measurements of how customers are using your product.
  • Skills & Experience required:

  • Substantial end-to-end product development and execution experience as a product owner/product manager (5+ years)
  • Experience in working within a product team in collaboration with design and engineering partners
  • Design and construction of commercial real estate / large infrastructure assets ideally on the digital engineering side.
  • Demonstrated product go-to-market experience
  • Keen and practical understanding of managing and delivering specification documents
  • Experience in resource planning and timeframe punctuality to meet project deliverables
  • Exposure to scalable cultural/environmental influences in expansions of growth
  • Analytical strength in carrying data-driven expectations from inception through to execution
  • Proficient in forming and managing key stakeholder relationships
