About the position

Agile is in Moula’s DNA. Your role is to support and coach Moula’s teams to deliver business outcomes whilst Moula grows at scale with 4x growth in technology headcount over the past 6 months. This involves coaching the delivery teams in the adoption and maturing of agile practises with the key responsibilities described below

Key responsibilities

  • Work with individuals and teams on maturing their agile processes, improving their success as a team and their effectiveness with agile principles and methodologies.
  • Develop and facilitate training in general agile concepts, principles and values.
  • Play a hands-on role in mentoring and coaching teams through demonstrating and facilitating agile practices such as inception workshops, retrospectives, estimation sessions and resource management.
  • Actively identify areas of improvement and conceptualise methods to be more efficient, then drive change.
  • Conduct quarterly pulsecheck assessments to gauge the effectiveness of agile adoption in the delivery teams
  • Creating and delivering agile support collateral (guidance materials and training).

About you

  • Lives and breathes agile but ultimately rolls up their sleeves to get stuff done.
  • Enjoys a challenge and the fast paced environment in a scale up business.
  • Enjoys learning and self improvement
  • Several years experience delivering and improving agile processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
  • Outstanding facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
  • May hold certifications in project management or specific agile frameworks

We don’t know it all. We’re not looking for someone who does. But you’ll need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up, be curious, and keep pushing until you’ve found the boundary.
