About this role

In this role, you will establish and maintain a structured and systematic risk and compliance framework that takes into account our regulatory obligations. You will develop, maintain and refine our AML/KYC Programs and related documents. You will also maintain compliance with our financial services licensing obligations and manage relationships with compliance and risk stakeholders. You will identify and evaluate risks faced by Stake and establish compliance controls designed to manage or mitigate those risks, and fully implement and monitor those controls to ensure they are effective.

You will also ensure that staff are compliant with internal policies and procedures and suitably trained to perform their functions.

A bit about you

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • experience in the Financial Services industry;
  • knowledge of Corporations Act, AML/CTF Act and Rules; and Sanctions legislation;
  • strong decision making skills and the ability to identify risks with pragmatic solutions provided; and
  • experience in a small or medium sized organisation.
