The purpose of the role is to successfully lead & coach a team of Business Development Representatives. You will keep the team highly engaged & motivated in order for them to consistently hit and over achieve their set KPI’s & qualified leads quota.

What will I do?

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives who will have individual & team based KPI’s & targets
  • You will keep the team motivated through clear communication, direction & coaching to help drive key business results
  • You will be across all sales data and metrics in order to celebrate wins, but also to help coach and develop under-performers
  • Partner with Head of Sales and Senior Revenue Operations Manager on team performance reporting
  • Identify various initiatives & activities to help keep the team highly engaged
  • What are we looking for?

  • You will have been successful and have proven experience of operating in an SDR/BDR Leadership role
  • You have strong competencies  in prospecting through cold calling, emailing and linkedIn
  • You will have had proven success in a high frequency & activity driven sales management position
  • You have previously and successfully worked in a individual contributor sales or lead generation role yourself
  • Experience of working in a Tech / SaaS based environment preferred
  • You will have the ability to coach & communicate to to BDR’s for them to successfully achieve set KPI’s & qualified leads quota
  • You have a clear understanding of sales data & key performance metrics to help drive & improve the teams results
  • You have the ability to keep the team engaged & motivated through your communication & leadership style
