Working closely with the product management, marketing & growth as well as design and engineering teams, ultimately you will find insights that help us understand both Finder and our customers to ensure we realise our goals and success metrics.
To make this possible you will embody a genuine curiosity about both our customers and our data and wake-up energised every day to seek out valuable insights to help inform decisions and problems that we solve.
We have a lot of data to work with and we want to fully leverage this as an asset in our business. Success in this role will see you leveraging your experience in building out data-driven insights and subsequent decisions, working closely with and communicating to Finder crew and stakeholders and being proactive in your approach.
