We are in the search of a highly motivated hands-on senior SEO specialist, a SEO evangelist, who can lead our SEO program and become the subject matter expert and thought leader of SEO within the business. Ideal candidate would be strategic but a hands on SEO expert with a proven track record of growing SEO rankings and organic traffic for an enterprise grade ecommerce business. Ideally, 5+ years SEO experience, acquired through a combination of agency and in-house roles. A skillful team player who can influence and guide content teams as well as tech teams.

As the Senior SEO Specialist at Brosa, you’ll get to:

  • Accelerating our organic search presence through tested and proven SEO strategies and best practices.
  • End to end ownership of the SEO program - strategy, planning, implementation and performance review in collaboration with content, online merchandising and tech teams.
  • Strategic problem solving and proactive identification of performance bottlenecks plus troubleshooting.
  • Monthly keyword research and content briefing to continuously increase SEO traffic and performance.
  • Regular optimisation of product category and product detail metadata across our large range of furniture and homeware products.
  • Regular SEO health reviews through Ahrefs site audits plus monitoring Google Search Console and coordinate fixes for any tech or other SEO issues that surfaces - collaborating with the content, online merchandising and tech teams.
  • Supervise the backlink building program through a 3rd party agency plus guide inhouse backlink building initiatives through PR activities and partnerships.
  • Regular SEO performance review and reporting utilising Ahrefs, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.



What you bring to the table

We don’t expect you to tick all the boxes, because we know the right person for the job will be able to learn what they need to succeed in their role.   • A minimum of 5 years experience in SEO, gained through a combination of agency and inhouse roles. A minimum of 2 years ecommerce experience.
  • Hands on experience across SEO tools: Keyword Planner, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and other SEO tools of your choice.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in technical SEO for ecommerce sites.
  • Hands-on reporting experience through Google Analytics, Search Console and other relevant reporting tools.
  • Thorough understanding of Marketing fundamentals, customer journey and shopping funnel optimisation for ecommerce.
  • Clear communication and influential skills to effectively guide content, online merchandise and tech teams.
