That's why we are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our product team. With countless opportunities to make an impact, you will help us solve exciting product challenges and deliver improved practices to take Cadmus even further.


What's the role?

As our Product Manager, you will own our product at Cadmus working closely with our sales, marketing and engineering teams to help us build the product strategy and vision for our next phase of growth. You will work closely with the product team to guide the design, development and direction of the Cadmus product and interconnected user experience. This is a truly unique opportunity to help shape our product, processes, and the culture of our product team.

As our Product Manager, your goal is to:

  • Define our product vision and build a strategy that takes us from 100K users to 1million.
  • Help us become a globally recognised, market-leading assessment-for-learning platform.
  • Build a best practice, in-house product function and help scale our operations globally.
  • Champion a company-wide culture of user-centred product development and best practice.
  • Evolve and communicate our brand, principles, and product to the global higher education community.

Requirements


Who are you?

We would love to hear from Product Managers with a passion for building truly user-centred products. You love solving problems, connecting the dots, communicating clearly, and guiding teams to clear goals. You thrive working cross-functionally, love end-to-end ownership, and obsess over details and evidence to help make the best choices for the wider business.

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have 4+ years of experience working in product management, with a particular focus on web applications.
  • You have a strong track record of building enterprise products that users love.
  • You have experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product prioritisation.
  • You have experience managing sophisticated, cross-function projects or programs.
  • You collaborate well cross-functionally to get an organisation working together towards strategic objectives.
  • You are a strategic thinker that loves executing on that strategy.

  • You have helped build the product function at a startup.
  • You have built, or are committed to building, diverse and inclusive product teams.
  • You care a lot about shaping (and working in) a high-impact, collaborative organisation.
  • You have a design, user experience or computer science background and a strong understanding of design thinking.

What is our hiring process?

Submit your resume along with your short answer responses. We will review your application and if you are successful, you will be invited to participate in our interview process. If you are not successful, we will let you know why and try our best to help you fill in any gaps.

Our interview process consists of a recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager interview, a homework task and a panel interview. These will be completed in-person or online (via Zoom).
