You + your new role:
With a few years of B2B/SaaS sales experience under your belt, you build relationships first, and sell second. A strategic thinker and planner who loves improving processes and is comfortable working in a place of ambiguity, you’ve always got the “next best step” in mind, able to solve problems as they arise to keep things on track. You’re a leader, both in sales performance and in people leadership skills, with experience supporting and mentoring an autonomous, high-performing team.
At Matrak, your “thing” will be maximising revenue, build upon and executing data-driven sales strategies to expand our customer base and generate new revenue. You’ll also work with our BDM and Customer Success teams to build upon the sales function in Australia, improving, reporting on and scaling our existing processes from prospecting/demand generation through to contract execution and post-sales support.
