Restoplus is a fast growing Australian Food-Tech headquartered in Adelaide, and a proud Skalata portfolio of companies.

Our mission is to empower restaurant owners, by providing innovative & affordable software solutions to help them run their business efficiently, and gain independence from the 3rd party food aggregators.

We are making significant headway with over 150+ restaurants onboarded in Adelaide and we are looking to grow nationally. Our first solution is to help restaurants to manage their own takeaway and delivery businesses, we believe this is necessary to help a lot of these businesses to remove the growing reliance on global food delivery apps.

About Product.

Our current suite of products include:

  • A beautifully designed restaurant website, hosted on their own SSL secured domain.
  • A web app with online ordering ability direct from their website and/ or facebook page. Standout features include the ability to offer coupon codes for special offers, and an in-built Loyalty card.
  • Table Ordering / Kiosk Ordering and a fully integrated POS are under development, and will be added to the suite of products for sale in the short term.

About you.

We are looking for field sales representatives in the greater Sydney region to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by working with marketing generated leads, self generated leads, qualifying prospects and closing sales of our products and services.

Responsibilities.

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, FB messaging etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Meet personal sales targets.
  • Research accounts, generate and follow through sales leads.
  • Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Evaluate customer’s “needs” & “wants” and pass the ongoing feedback to the relevant team to ensure we keep the consumers (both restaurant owners and end users of the web app) at the centre of what we do.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.

Requirements.

  • Proven sales experience with a history of success, ideally in the hospitality software space
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Hubspot/Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Be able to operate remotely
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is desired, but not required.

Our Offer.

  • On-target earnings of $75k+; comprising $50k to $60K base salary plus Super (base salary depending on experience), plus uncapped structured commission.
  • Flexibility in working from home and the operating rhythm.
