This position will be working on our activation project; Bendigo Bank and Tyro have successfully launched their new Bendigo Bank EFTPOS/eCommerce powered by Tyro merchant payment services to all new and existing business banking customers.

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Customer support team, liaise with technicians to active terminals for new/existing merchants, input data into Tyro's system and respond to any incoming enquiries.

Your Duties

  • Resolve all incoming requests in a professional and efficient manner
  • Respond to all change request or enquiries
  • Support the Terminal Configuration team when required
  • Solve any complaints to prevent future occurrences or escalate it to a senior or manager
  • Work close with all internal and external stakeholders
  • About You

  • 1+ year experience Data entry, Customer Service, Retail or Hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Basic Windows/iOS operational experience
