About the role

With the swift adoption of our SAAS platform among enterprise customers, Donesafe is leading the market in innovative, flexible, customer oriented compliance solutions. Working with the sales organisation, you will use your technical expertise and business insight to ensure our high-value customers are able to grow their business by using the full scope of Donesafe's product suite. You will also internally champion Donesafe's use of CRM, as well as promote and advocate new product direction on behalf of your customers and referral partners. Being an entry-level role, motivation, soft skills and work ethic are considered alongside experience. There’ll also be lots of training so you can get up and running quickly and crush this role!

What You'll Do

  • Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a presales capacity
  • Lead the adoption and optimization of internal sales tools business infrastructure
  • Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to Donesafe product management and engineering groups
  • Work with our implementation and referral partners to promote and onsell Donesafe via pre-sales engagements and partner enablement
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business as well as their technical environment

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Hands on experience working with at least one analytics based system, CRM, Excel, programming languages, etc
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
Nice-to-have:
  • Ttechnical background with a sales/customer orientation (1+ years)
  • Experience selling and working with pure SaaS solutions in multi-tenant architectures is preferred
  • Cloud platform experience, such as AWS or Azure
  • Specific experience in Safety Management (WHS) platforms.
  • Tertiary qualification favoured
