About the role;
The AU Marketing team is looking for two Campaign Managers in the Partner teams!
As a Campaign Manager you’ll play a crucial role in delivering campaign solutions that accelerate the growth and development of Xero Australia’s accounting and bookkeeping community.
Reporting directly to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager you will support all programs of work -  from planning, to delivery, through to post implementation reporting (PIR). Applying your passion and energy for all things Marketing and Customer, you will deliver effective GTM campaigns and optimise across a variety of channels.

In order to effectively deliver cross functional campaigns , building and maintaining strong working relationships within the Marketing team as well as across departments is critical to this role - specifically Sales, Events, Product, Communications, Education, Ecosystem, Customer Support, Social and Digital teams.

Some of the things you’ll do;

  • Support the Senior Partner Marketing Manager to execute a rolling 6-12 month marketing plan
  • Deliver compelling and results driven ​​integrated marketing campaigns
  • Operate confidently across a variety of campaign channels to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that deliver ROMI
  • Support the Brand team on the delivery of industry sponsorships, events and activations to drive customer engagement, advocacy, leads and growth
  • Provide end to end project and logistical support across all Xero-run partner events, both face to face or digitally delivered, as well as Xero sponsored industry events
  • Support global Product Marketing to deliver regional GTM initiatives, releases and product changes
  • Work with the Education team to develop training opportunities and programs that will drive growth and retention
  • Act as a key Marketing contact for the AU Sales function
  • Some of the things you’ll bring with you;

  • Campaign management experience
  • Proven experience in the creation and development of campaign planning, creative positioning and messaging
  • Proven Digital marketing skills & understanding of platforms & reporting
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and/or compare program results to identify key learnings.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud &  Litmus, Asana, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, Aventri, G Suite + Slack, Google Analytics, Data studio
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
