The role of the Customer Success Marketing Manager is to develop programs that will make our customers never want to leave us. You will drive adoption, engagement, and expansion of our software subscriptions and support our customers’ growth through adoption, loyalty, and advocacy.

You are passionately dedicated to the success of the customer and will liaise with the Customer Success team to understand and encourage the full customer lifecycle. 
You will develop marketing programs that support the customer’s journey, starting with the sales transition through onboarding to renewal, with a focus on retention and an eye towards expansion. Strong understanding of how our customers think and what they want is paramount to success in this role. 

You will orchestrate and enable the creation of thought leadership and user-generated content, social engagement, and other forms of advocacy. You will promote adoption and usage of the Secure Code Warrior platform, enable expansion and retention of existing accounts, cultivate renewals and referrals and support customer events. You will speak with the voice of the customer.

  • Engage, educate and entertain our customers to build loyalty and advocacy
  • Positively influence customer retention and expansion rates
  • What we're looking for?

  • Direct experience with building and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns
  • 3-5 years in a marketing role
  • Solid writing and problem solving skills
  • Experience with CRM platform, preferably Marketo
  • SAAS experience (Cybersecurity or Developer experience a big plus)
