This is a newly created role to drive the Reward and Mobility capability within a rapidly expanding company. We require a true subject matter expert with executive compensation practices and techniques across fixed pay, variable pay, benefits and global mobility. Coupled with the ability to design and implement reward frameworks and systems, which support the development of high performance cultures and policies.
With offices within the EU, APAC & NAM regions, this Reward & Mobility Specialist position is a pivotal role for the global P & C team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, your role will be to manage key compensation, benefit and mobility processes flawlessly. You will bring clarity to processes and communicate key changes to individual packages and identify key decision points.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of reward and mobility practices across a number of markets and cultures in addition to experience developing job families via the job evaluation process and determining a globally competitive job levelling structure. Ideally, you have had significant exposure to international workers, payroll and tax over multiple countries and continents.
Additionally, you will understand the complexities of international mobility and whether shadow payrolls are required and what are the cost implications of this.
Excellent IT skills including experience of MS Excel with good numerical reasoning / data management skills A detailed understanding of the nuances of legislation, policy and practice across multiple countries and continents.

What you’ll be doing
Develop and drive a transparent approach towards fair and competitive compensation practices.Manage and develop key compensation processes to include personal bonus Incentive (PBI) payments, executive salary reviews, salary benchmarking reviews and company stock plans.Support line managers to enable them to have meaningful reward conversations with their teams and build relationships with key employees and stakeholders and help develop job familiesPartner with the finance team to ensure all proposals are approved at the appropriate levelSupport the Talent Specialists on any global mobility moves and lead the mobility process by partnering with the P &C teamThe role will contribute to the design of new remuneration strategies and practices for all employees, including for senior executives and ensure the remuneration structure remains market-competitive including effective provision of benchmarking data for all aspects of general and executive reward.Provide advice on and review compensation proposals for all roles and manage through the Executive approval process.Manage flexible benefit programmes and benefits such as Private health insurance, medical, dental and vision, HAS, FSA, 401K, life insurance etc.Manage global mobility arrangements in line with existing policy and practices Management of global pension plan arrangements and coordinating legislative activities such as UK auto-enrolment.Source and administer various employee global benefit programs, in conjunction with Finance you will manage the share option and share grant programmesConduct global annual salary benchmarking exerciseManage the annual salary review and performance based incentive (PBI) payment process and provide support and education to ensure the alignment of performance with remuneration outcomes including the participation in calibration sessions.Implement and manage remuneration systems and processes to support "best fit" remuneration and performance management service deliveryMaintain market awareness of remuneration and benefits and pay for performance trends and the impact on Megaport taking into consideration our governance arrangements.Implement global job evaluation and career ladder structuresContribute to a supportive team environment through coaching and mentoring members of the People & Culture team and other key stakeholders
What we are looking for
