Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, you will play a critical role in Airwallex achieving our global growth plans for the rest of 2021 and beyond. As a Technical Sourcing Specialist, you will be focussing on sourcing, attracting and hiring top technical talent for our Engineering and Product roles.
You will be involved in defining, designing and implementing sourcing strategies for Airwallex, with a focus on engaging top technical talent while scaling our Engineering hubs across APAC.
Your exceptional sourcing skills and passion for creating a seamless candidate experience, will be what sets you up for success in this role.
This role can be based out of either Melbourne or Sydney
