About the Role

We are seeking an outgoing, experienced and dedicated account management professional with a passion for developing powerful business relationships and an instinct for adding value. 

You will have a passion for client nurturing, relationship building, revenue generation and excellent knowledge of practical digital marketing with a specialisation in email marketing.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Nurture your existing client base
  • First line response to your clients for support and account related queries 
  • Be proactive in dealing with user issues 
  • Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner keeping in line Vuture contracted SLAs 
  • Expand key relationships within your client base 
  • Proactively expand your client base through new product sales  
  • Meet and where possible exceed retention targets set 
  • Actively connect with clients via phone and face to face meetings 
  • Work with the Vuture platform to ensure the client has the best user experience
  • Offer best practice advice 
  • Upsell and cross sell to existing clients 
  • Ensure CRM is up to date and maintained at all times 
  • Keep an up to date client plan on all clients in your portfolio to strategically review where best practice advice can be leveraged, and uncover upsale potential  
  • Leverage working relationships with Vuture teams globally to resolve client queries, in the UK and US 

About You

  • Technically competent, and experience working with software packages 
  • Experience in retaining and managing enterprise level accounts 
  • Proven experience in managing global enterprise accounts
  • Able to develop and grow key relationships at C level 
  • Proven track record in managing and retaining an enterprise level portfolio of accounts 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Experience in managing your own book of clients, as well as the day to day key projects and activities that come along with this 
  • Identifying and uncovering development opportunities that are available through your client base 
  • Ability to take complex client requirements and work with teams internally and externally to deliver these projects in a timely, organised and financially beneficial manner 
  • Strong relationship builder

What you Bring:

  • Graduate level education or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 + years account management experience or equivalent
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a strong eye for detail 
  • Ability to work independently and leverage a team to get results 
  • Sound office IT and internet skills and ability to demonstrate software as part of the client development cycle 
  • Strong plus:
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as although not limited to Dynamics, OnePlace, Salesforce, and InterAction preferable
