Reporting to the CTO, you will be involved in the technical decision-making and execution in a collaborative team environment. Overall Tasks

  • Test multiple integrated systems to assure the quality of new and existing functionality
  • Build and improve testing automation systems
  • Work with engineering and product to ensure testing needs are met
  • Work across departments to ensure the viability of feature integration
  • Maintain a strong vision for potential mobile app improvements driven by a passion for our brand and customers
  • Drive process, technical, and product workflow improvements
  • Design and develop test automation frameworks and uphold automation best practices
  • Mentor and scale up the QA team capabilities


  • 5+ years experience with a combination of manual and automated testing
  • Experience building processes for multiple testing phases of integrated systems
  • Experience building test automation into CI/CD processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • An organised and structured approach to your work, whether testing or working with your team
  • 2+ years experience testing iOS and Android mobile apps, including automation
  • 2+ years experience testing APIs, including automation
  • Organised and diligent about documenting processes and outcomes
  • Experience testing with databases
  • 2+ years experience with Atlassian suite of development tools
  • Experience in managing offshore teams

Bonus/Nice to Have

  • Experience in start-up environments 
  • Previously worked in an Agile company environment
  • Software engineering skills (not expected to write code, but having an understanding of it helps when interacting with engineering and product team)
