Airtasker’s Product function is expanding, with our 2025 Product vision in place, we are looking for a Product Designer to join the team at this exciting time.
Product Designers at Airtasker are involved in all aspects of the product from start to finish and are a core part of the core product team, together with their Product Manager, Tech Lead and Data Analyst.
They are responsible for ensuring that the product meets both business and user needs, and that the product experience is one that is functional, reliable, usable and delightful.

Adapt an inclusive approach to team collaboration to deliver polished high quality product experiences that address identified user needs and deliver valueClearly and concisely communicates all work to bring others along the design journey, to allow peers to share constructive feedback and build alignment towards problems and solutionsSuccessfully prioritises to execute on impactful work with an ability to drive work forward independently and as a part of a collective teamDrive user research activities and synthesise results into actionable insights that build understanding of user intent and needs, and conducts problem and solution validation early and oftenIdeates wide using the best format and fidelity to iteratively deliver simple, useful, intuitive and delightful solutionsElevate design quality, contribute to and help evolve the Airtasker Design System, and deliver solutions that are elegant in usability and effective in achieving outcomes
