Who we are looking for

An organised and enthusiastic Warehouse Administration Assistant that will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information to service providers (logistics companies, waste management contractor etc.) and the picking and despatch of small items to customers (soft

furnishings, parts and care kits).

Requirements

You have

  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to coordinate and to organise others
  • The ability to follow processes and make recommendations for change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders

You will

  • Pick and despatch soft furnishing orders as required to meet customer demand
  • Pick and despatch orders for parts
  • Update SOPs as required to meet changes in process
  • Coordinate consignment notes and onsite processes for daily despatches
  • Triage customer service requests to the right personnel in the warehouse
  • Maintain stock levels of all warehouse consumables; placing orders when required
  • Ensure waste pick ups are timely
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by management

Bonus Skills & Attributes

  • Previous customer service experience highly regarded
