The purpose of this role is to plan, develop and execute on improvement to processes, controls and assurances. This role will ensure adequate performance of first line risk and compliance practices within the Customer team, equipping Customer team members to do the right thing, the right way as well as improve overall operating effectiveness of the Tyro Customer business. This role will also from time to time assist across general Tyro performance improvement, projects and change management to ensure our ways of working are enabling us to grow safely and sustainably.
