We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Implementation Manager to join our growing Flare team in our beautiful Sydney offices.
As the Senior Implementation Manager, you will have excellent client command and leadership skills and will become an expert in both the Flare offerings and HR/Payroll best practices.
The ideal candidate will be people centric, foster an open and collaborative environment that encourages quality, innovation, ongoing learning, and knowledge sharing. The successful candidate will have a background in both business and IT and will have an extensive understanding of the software development industry.
A self-starter with the ability to drive and achieve challenging targets and deadlines whilst being able to adapt quickly to meet the changing needs of key business priorities.
