We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Implementation Manager to join our growing Flare team in our beautiful Sydney offices.

As the Senior Implementation Manager, you will have excellent client command and leadership skills and will become an expert in both the Flare offerings and HR/Payroll best practices. 

The ideal candidate will be people centric, foster an open and collaborative environment that encourages quality, innovation, ongoing learning, and knowledge sharing. The successful candidate will have a background in both business and IT and will have an extensive understanding of the software development industry.

A self-starter with the ability to drive and achieve challenging targets and deadlines whilst being able to adapt quickly to meet the changing needs of key business priorities.

What You’ll Impact Day To Day

  • Project Management of Enterprise and partner implementations which span multiple business units and product lines.
  • Timely delivery of projects with outstanding quality and partner satisfaction
  • Creation of the Flare partner implementation methodology while providing insights and guidance on best practices to the business
  • Management of all project documentation, including meeting notes, risk registers and regular updates to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Timely identification of project risks across the team and their mitigation in conjunction with all key internal stakeholders (product, CX, ecosystem)
  • Be a key project escalation point while working with the partner and Flare to mitigate any risks
  • Management and running of both internal and external project meetings

What You Bring To The Table

In addition to being awesome, down to earth, having a great sense of humour, and a strong desire to continually master your craft, you also bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in project delivery best practices
  • Knowledge and experience of running SaaS based implementation teams
  • Excellent presentation, communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills that enable you to develop strong relationships, provide effective advice and influence internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and execute on commitments.
  • Positive self-starter attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a challenging fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge and experience with managing integrations
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for learning
