Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to form, build and lead a new Product Growth Team focused on account and user activation, underpinning our product led growth strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll develop and lead strategies, experiments and execution across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention by focusing on time to value.

Being an integral member of the Product Team, you will bring a passion to enhance the user experience! Skilled at obtaining and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data, you apply an informed analytical approach to develop and produce strategic user-centric solutions and communicate your rationale in a clear and compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of all strategic and tactical elements influencing growth by driving customer acquisition, product adoption and engagement.
  • Regularly communicate with users to identify needs and requirements, synthesize findings into hypotheses and build growth experiments.
  • Master usage analytics, deep cohort analysis, support and marketing data to establish deep understanding of user’s needs and explore new product experiences that address these needs.
  • Work with your design, data science, engineering and customer success squad members and partners to plan and execute your roadmap and experiments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and teams to ensure alignment and motivation in delivering the product vision.
  • Raising the bar and setting clear goals and key results for the product team and products.
  • Bring new ideas and innovation through delivering key deliverables with urgency and enthusiasm.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product management with demonstrated success in defining and launching products.
  • Demonstrated experience capturing, prioritizing and delivering requirements.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex problems, with a user-focused approach.
  • Analytical and data-informed approach (both quantitative and qualitative) with the ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Proven user research experience including formal and informal customer interviews, deriving qualitative insights.
  • Produce and own the deliverables required to facilitate a user experience journey all the way to deploying features to market and measuring their success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across the business.
  • Demonstrated experience in eCommerce and consumer purchasing behavior.
  • SaaS experience is preferred but not essential.
