This role exists within Brighte’s emerging energy business. You will be the voice of our new energy product to help our vendor network understand the incredible value of our new energy offerings.
Working closely with our product team, you’ll be the voice of the product inside our all-star business development and vendor account management teams.
We want our vendors to be wildly successful with our new offerings and help them grow their business, and you’ll help them understand how to use our new offerings to achieve great things.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with the Energy product teams to become a deep expert on our product, and be the voice of feedback from our vendors and vendor support teams to make sure we build a product that helps grow our vendors' businesses.
  • Create programs in collaboration with marketing to help educate and onboard Brighte’s vendor network to offer Brighte’s new energy offerings.
  • Be the go-to subject matter expert for Brighte’s sales team to make sure our vendor network gets fast answers as they try and expand their business.
  • Own the internal education and evangelism for Brighte’s energy products with business development, account management, customer support, credit, and other Brighte service teams.
  • Be the owner of new energy pilot programs, identifying the vendors and markets where we pilot new offerings, recruit those vendors, and drive successful pilot programs.
  • You will be comfortable working towards KPI’s and have proven experience as a high performer
  • Who you are?

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Balanced combination of great interpersonal and relationship skills with technical expertise.
  • Expertise in renewable energy including solar, batteries, and emerging DER technologies.
  • Expertise in authoring sales training material that is effective and inspiring for field sales teams.
  • Experience as a technical subject matter expert working with sales organisations.
  • Experience working day-to-day with technical product teams and marketing teams to stay in lockstep with both the pitch and the substance of the product.
  • Excited about using tools and tech to scale yourself instead of manual effort.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly empathetic, seeking to understand the perspective and needs of Brighte’s Vendors
  • Curious, determined and collaborative.
  • Very comfortable using online tools like Confluence, Jira, Slack as your primary method of communication.
