About the role

As an Administrator in the Operations team you will assist in the everyday administration required at Lumary, particularly in the areas of general administration, office management and IT administration.

A day in the life

  • Providing ad-hoc administrative assistance, such as travel bookings, management of employee data, asset management, HR administration
  • Provide ad-hoc IT administration, such as administer software access, password administration, configuration of systems, on-boarding/offboarding IT systems, coordinate computer repairs
  • Office management duties, including maintaining appropriate levels of staff amenities, maintaining appropriate levels of stationary, ordering approved furniture and assets for employees
  • Other tasks as directed by management or the Operations, HR and Finance team.
  • About you

  • Previous experience in administration in an office environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional standards
  • Well developed interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • General IT/Administration skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or related subject (desirable)
