Our Purpose
At Xero, we’re here to help you supercharge your business. We do this by automating routine tasks, surfacing actionable insights and connecting businesses with the right data, advisors and apps. When that happens, we’re not only making life better for small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
About the team & role
Reporting directly to the General Manager Enterprise Compliance, you will assist in the development and implementation of our Enterprise Compliance analytics strategy. This strategy includes the use of data analytics and artificial intelligence to assist in documenting compliance obligations and associated processes and controls, and to identify, predict and monitor for non-compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies.
Ideally you have experience in the application of data analytics within a risk, compliance or audit function, along with an understanding of artificial intelligence and how this can be applied to manage compliance outcomes.
