As our 2nd in-house talent acquisition expert, you will join an exciting and fast-growing start-up to support our ambitious growth. You will be responsible for partnering closely with the business to understand hiring needs, full cycle recruitment, talent attraction and sourcing, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience for our APAC teams.

‪What your day to day will look like:

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing and assessment approaches to secure top talent
  • Manage full cycle recruitment for all roles in our APAC teams, including technical and non-technical roles
  • Drive all recruiting activities related to sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing the offer process with candidates
  • Create strategic and creative plans for sourcing passive candidates and creating talent pipelines for hard to fill and high-volume roles
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify and develop new sourcing methods, technologies, marketing, and advertising strategies to attract and recruit top talent
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on finding ways to optimize the end-to-end recruitment process and technologies
  • Track and report on hiring progress to key stakeholders on a regular cadence
  • Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming trends and developments in the field of recruiting

 

‪What you bring:

  • Proven and recurring success in a similar role, preferably in the software/tech industry
  • Previous experience handling full cycle recruitment across all areas of the business
  • Demonstrated strength and passion for using various sourcing techniques 
  • Proven experience with executing on creative and unique recruitment marketing initiatives to help us attract top talent
  • Passionate about ensuring best in class candidate experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills to attract high demand candidates through unique outreach and candidate attraction campaigns
  • Extremely organized, adaptable, and creative thinker
  • Proven ability to take initiative, act decisively, and adjust to changing priorities
  • Excellent relationship building skills with all stakeholders
