We have a great opportunity available for someone who is passionate about compliance.
You do not require direct experience working in a crypto exchange, however, some knowledge of crypto is desirable.
We are looking for someone with experience in a “designated services” business, and is very familiar with KYC and AML/CTF legislation.
About the role
The Compliance Officer helps ensure that Finder Wallet’s compliance obligations are met. It also includes helping to develop, implement and continuously improve compliance procedures as the needs of the business grow.
Reporting to Finder’s Legal and Compliance Director and working with the Legal and Compliance Team, this new role focuses on ensuring customers are onboarded seamlessly through our KYC processes, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring transactions.
You will also work closely with our legal team to help with the Finder group’s AFSL applications, CDR implementation, and other global Open Banking initiatives.
