On a typical day, you could be…
Driving a discussion on technology strategy with key stakeholders. Spearheading a discovery project to enable teams’ or cross-functional initiatives. Mentoring less experienced engineers in areas like coding, architecture, observability, etc. Writing a proposal to build a new service, introduce new technology, or improve productivity. Dissecting work for others and working with other engineers to implement your proposals. Diving deep into any particular problem that could benefit from your insight and experience. Creating patterns and removing barriers that could make it easier to do things in the right way. Identifying gaps (e.g. tooling, skills) and designing/proposing/leading solutions
