Atlassian is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Atlassians will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at an Atlassian office.

Atlassian is looking for an experienced HR Enablement Partner to join our team on a 15 month fixed-term contract. In this role you will be responsible for providing specialist HR support to a dedicated business unit, and also supporting the HR Enablement team in building manager capabilities including coaching, facilitating training, giving advice and partnering with the People team to support initiatives and projects.

In this role you'll get to:

  • Partner with a dedicated Global HR Business Partner team to support the implementation of org design, org-related changes, business projects and annual HR processes Implement strategic organisation and talent plans and drive executive talent evaluation and pay decisions
  • Support leaders to guide people related decisions such as performance or growth conversations and actions.
  • Improve manager capability through individual coaching
  • Partner with global HR teams to deliver the global people strategy and operational plan
  • Bring forward compelling and credible plans that generate opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions and plays for stakeholders to grow manager capability (manager assimilations, lunch and learns, etc.)
  • Partner with the Employee Relations team to coach and guide managers towards next steps in formal performance management and resolution.
  • Provide insightful analytics and recommend actions
  • Own and drive People related projects and programs based on stakeholder needs and requests
  • Align with business functions to provide specialised enablement resources.
  • On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Business Partner experience with a focus on manager coaching and driving high-impact global company initiatives
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills
  • Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to implement programs and key business initiatives
  • Ability to work in a highly agile environment
  • Employee Relations experience required
  • It's great, but not required if you have:

  • Prior experience in a high growth technology company
  • L&D experience
  • Coaching certification
