At THE ICONIC, we issue the call to live your way, to liberate yourself from meaningless constraints. It’s time to reach for a better tomorrow, to spend less time searching and more time finding. We are inclusive and inspiring and – as your go-to destination for fashion, sport, beauty and more – we exist to liberate our customers through choice.

Our Fulfilment Centre (FC) Operations team supports four core departments – Inventory, Outbound, Inbound and Marketplace – operating around the clock to ensure our customers receive their products in great condition and quickly. Our FC is equipped with active pick towers and our Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS – amazing automated warehousing technology).

Our Outbound department consists of 100+ passionate team members. We are responsible for ensuring the picking, packing and consolidation of all customer orders is complete with the highest level of attention and precision. Working in Outbound is like being part of a close-knit community. We have each other's backs and always go the extra mile to deliver for our customers. Our environment is a busy, challenging warehouse where no two days are the same but as a team we band together to get things done each and every day.  Our ASRS is an advanced service delivery system which handles storage of goods and the retrieval and sortation of orders placed by our customers. This is a critical component for outbound service delivery to our customers and requires controllers to manage and maintain system performance and integration with daily operation
