The Organic team is part of the wider Global Marketing organisation and is responsible for new revenue generation from organic channels like SEO. This is a critical team in our business: organic channels are some of our fastest growing and most important for building new, predictable pipeline. A lot goes into making that happen: there’s content to consider, creatives, website assets, our website and sales teams and - most of all - our awesome customers and product. The Organic team collaborates across all those functions to make sure everything is lined up and we hit our goals.
At Deputy we’re growing fast, but we want to do more. We need someone who can help us accelerate the growth of our organic channels across all our markets and industries.
This role is primarily responsible for helping with and guiding the execution for all on-site and off-site SEO. This will cover both “pure” SEO work, and well as offering help and guidance to other functions across the business on implementing SEO best practice. Additionally, this role will work with the Senior Manager of Organic Acquisition and other Marketing leadership in developing and implementing the overarching organic marketing strategy to build our online presence.
As a member of the Organic team you will be heavily involved in content briefing & ideation, app store optimisation, and growing traffic from referral sources. As a result you will play a central role in our Marketing team and work closely with stakeholders across all our offices (USA, Australia, UK) including Content, Design, Marketing Ops, Website, Paid Media, Product Marketing and Campaign teams. That’s why we’re looking for a real team player and a fast learner: someone who can analyse and interpret reporting, keep up-to-date with best practices, develop a plan, and then put it in to practice. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, but is still happy to get their hands dirty when needed. And critically: someone who can communicate the challenges, opportunities and results clearly.
