Our Growth & Business Development function is a brand new business unit for us at THE ICONIC. Focusing on our continued business growth and scale, we’ve identified a need to focus our efforts and resources on the identification of initiatives that will set us up for success as we enter a new phase of business maturity. Focusing not only new business opportunities but also on improving cross-functional processes within our existing business, our expertise covers project management, business acumen and commercial strategy development.
We are currently embarking on an exciting journey to define our future on the way where and how we operate. This journey includes multiple initiatives which are managed simultaneously by a Growth & business development team who needs your support.
We are looking for a G&BD Coordinator to support our existing Growth & Business Development team. As a G&BD Coordinator, you will be responsible to provide administrative support for the effective implementation of G&BD initiatives through continuous coordination and monitoring of initiative deliverables until their completion. You will be in charge of organizing business activities as well as reporting the progress, issues and other items as required.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced team, welcomes challenges, gets things done and. This role is working directly with the business initiative Lead, and will also liaise with all areas within the business during different initiative stages.
This position may require you to have your own transport and be able to work at both our Fulfilment Centre (Western Sydney) and Sydney City office. The recruitment of this role will be managed by Hatch.
