This is an exciting Social Media Coordinator role, working as part of a great and ambitious team!

As one of Australia's largest social media brands, we connect a community of millions around the world to inspire and discover the latest trends, with over 100+ new styles dropping weekly.

We have big growth plans which include expanding further across the globe, increasing our market share of women’s clothing and growing our diverse & sustainable clothing lines to continue having a positive impact in the world.

Day to day, you will:

  • Support with planning, concepting, producing social content and plans. 
  • Scheduling Showpo content across all social media channels, inclusive of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube and Tiktok. 
  • Staying up to date with technology, social trends, fashion and pop culture. 
  • Ongoing ‘quality control’ on social posts, captions and best in class execution. 
  • Encompass the ‘voice of the brand’ through storytelling on all social media assets. 
  • Understanding social media performance and optimising our posts based on what’s performing well for the channel. 
  • Assist in creating stories and feed content that is in line with the brand aesthetic and values.
  • Conducting industry research to proactively recommend new and innovative ideas. 
  • Research and keep up with current Tik Tok trends and proactively manage how the brand can leverage this through our own content creation. 
  • Analysing reporting and coming up with innovative ways to improve key metrics and performance across all channels. 
  • On going thought-leadership and ideas to grow each channel and executing these with excellence.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who lives and breathes social media!
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience in social media execution (Fashion experience preferable) 
  • Strong understanding & ability to navigate across all social media platforms
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
