This entry-level position is a great fit for a switched-on individual who is product-focused and loves providing a great customer experience by offering each client the perfect solution. This role has a clear career progression path where you will be provided with all the resources you need to grow and develop.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls
  • Maximise available opportunities by upselling to new and existing customers
  • Meet or exceed the individual and team targets that are set 
  • Record and follow up with customers through our CRM systems (Salesforce and Intercom)
  • Check system functionality against software deliverables and providing feedback
  • Report any bugs and use issues from end-users
  • Identify and recommending how we can continuously improve our company registration process and customer experience

To be successful, you will need:

  • Basic understanding and experience relating to inside sales experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Customer service superstar - someone who loves helping people
  • Strong phone presence and demonstrated resilience to be on the phone throughout the day
  • Resourceful in finding answers themselves whilst also knowing when to escalate/seek help from others
  • Ability to quickly learn and use various systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effectively multitask and manage competing priorities
